Description

Red rectangular felt pennant with the name "MANLIUS" on the front in black, velvet-like letters. Underneath the text, there is an emblem consisting of an eagle above a shield. Inside the shield, there are three stars, and an inverted chevron. The emblem matches the crest of the former Manlius School in Manlius, New York.
