Description

Green triangular felt pennant, On the left side of the pennant, there are three vignettes depicting landmarks from Ashtabula, Ohio: Main Street, the new viaduct, and the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company power plant at Lake Shore Beach. On the left edge of the pennant, there is a white strip of felt, with four white ribbons attached.
