Description

Oval form w/ gilt brass surround w/ beaded edge enclosing an enameled medallion w/ in grisaille decoration of tree and fortified bridge on white background. Round tapered shaft w/ knop at circular termination. Screw end. Used as a curtain tieback in the late 19th century.
