Description

Federal four-poster bed with two turned foot posts with swelled reeding and urn above rail, heavily reeded below rails. Turned tapered head posts. Pine headboard with serpentine crest. Maple rails have beaded outside edges. Bolt caps on foot posts, none at head. Fitted with a modern boxspring and horsehair mattress. Replaced urn finials top all posts. Elements of tester stored under bed.
