Underglaze blue transfer printed decoration from pattern "Italian Buildings/ R. Hall" (marked in blue). Features central reserve of romanticized garden w/ urns and two women picking flowers; spearhead border. Rim w/ elaborate floral bouquets, sprigs, swags n three repeats.
