Description

Certificate from the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts admitting Br. Leonard Thompson to the Third Degree of Masonry, November 9, 1825. "Grand Lodge of Massachusetts, John Abbot, Grand Master. Be it known, that Freedom Lodge, in Woburn U.S. of America, is under our jurisdiction; and that full faith may be given to its Masonic Acts. Given at Boston, this ninth day of Nov. A.L. 5825."

The certificate also has a ribbon with the seal of the Masons on the left side.
