Description

Match or shot container. Elongated flattened cylinder, forming an oval mouth. Body constructed from a single sheet of tin w/ a soldered seam at one side. Applied oval bottom and corresponding oval cover w/ flat top which is fitted to the mouth. Originally a bright silver colored "white" metal, now dull grey.
