Set of architectural drawings for a single family, two-and-a-half story dwelling at the corner of Short and Grove Streets in West Roxbury, Mass. The set was drawn for Joseph Kern of 25 Hyde Park Ave. Set includes floor plans for the cellar, first and second floors; front, rear, north and south side elevations; framing plans for the first and second floors; framing plan for an unfinished garret; framing plans for front, rear, north and south side elevations; and a plot plan of the property.
