A set of architectural drawings for a three-family house for Annie Wippermann on Tower Street in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Jamaica Plain, Mass. Set includes floor plans for the cellar and second and third floors; and two different front elevations (one shown above).
Though these drawings are for a three-story dwelling, Luippold may have built something different for Mrs. Wippermann. A listing of houses for sale in "American Architect and Building News" on Saturday, July 19, 1902, describes this property instead: "Jamaica Plain, Mass.--Tower and Washington Sts., two st'y fr[ame]. dwell., 25' x 48', shingle roof, furnace; $4,600: o[wner]., Annie Wippermann, 131 Longwood Ave.; a[rchitect]., J. Luippold."
