Description

Three incised, turned, baluster and ring supports incised base stamped "WMA" and dated "1791" on rear face. Wheel has ten turned and incised spokes wrapped w/ two strips of bent wood. Single finger lap joint. Single-action spin w/ tapered metal spindle held by braided grass strands.
