Description

The item verso reads "Sketch of Durkee Tavern from newspaper cut, showing house before present changes were made. These changes were probably made by two Greek owners from whom the city bought the house." The recto sketch is dated August 18, 1922 and the verso sketch is dated August 24, 1922.
