Possibly a castor converted to electricity. Cylindrical neck is shaped to recieve a cap, but now fitted with electrical socket. Body is an inverted bell shape set on baluster with 1/4 round molded circular foot. Off-white shade with blue and gold dried, pressed flowers and blue edging.
