Description

Queen Anne transitional style. No vertical curve to upper stiles. Yoke crest has thru pin attachment to tenon of rear stile. Vasiform splat with plain rail. Replaced rush seat. Vase, ring and block turned front legs with Spanish feet. Ball and reel turned front stretcher, paired double swell and ring turned side strechers, dowel at rear. Rear stiles below seat sweep back. Stain finish, evidence of black paint. Many similarities to 295.1981
