Inspired by 18th century form. Two crossed and arched feet with main shaft dowelled through center crossing. Shaft is chamfered just above feet, then is dowel turned. Wooden cross bar with center hole fits onto shaft and is held up by 2 opposing arched steel strips which create pressure hold. Arm has 2 crimped edge sheet metal drip pans with candle sockets having adjustable slides. Chamfered finial with pyramidal top. Wax finish with black paint on metal parts.
