Description

Bustle made of half-circles of iron wire covered w/ cloth tape and sewn to 5 cotton tapes. Over hips half-circles at 3/4" intervals, below at 1 3/4" intervals. Bustle held at waist w/ white cotton tape and steel buckle. Two front panels of white cotton. Three lowest half circles 3/16" iron strap, also cloth covered.
