Description

Bustle constructed of white cotton covered half-circles of iron wire set at 1 1/2" interval. Over hips and backside wires interwoven at 7/8" interval. Back part of bustle (hanging against legs) made of white cotton cloth laced at top and tied w/ tabs at bottom. Held to waist w/ white cotton waistband and steel buckle. Two cotton panels sewn to waist band.
