Description

Hoop skirt made of 12 graduating cloth bound iron wires suspended from waistband w/ 7 white cloth tapes. 3 lowest hoops are 3/16" straps. Waistband fastened w/ steel buckle. Wires sewn at 1 1/2" interval.
