Description

Hoop skirt made of 5 brown and white cloth tapes sewn to white tape waistband fastened w/ steel buckle. At 19" from waistband are 14 iron wire (lowest one an iron strap) hoops bound w/ tape. These are attached to the tapes at 5/8" intervals.
