Side chair. Mahogany; cherry rear seat rail; hard maple loose seat frame. Serpentine crest rail with molded ears. Upwardly tapered stiles chamfered in back. Double-pierced splat with diamond central cutout. Straight seat. Swelled front and rear stretcher with block and baluster turned joints Rear legs chamfered on four sides above rear stretchers. Cabriole legs with central creases terminate in knuckled claw and ball feet.
