Club-shaped form w/ high neck w/ wide circular mouth and w/ elongated cylindrical body terminating in circular foot. Applied molded meandering branch handles at each side centered w/ a lily-type flower. White glazed body w/ overglaze polychrome wash decoration of figured scene featuring seated 16th c. courtesan in pink gown over yellow dress, holding fan. Gilt highlights overall on handles; gilt floral sprig on back; gilt overall pattern on neck w/ oval cross-hatch reserve in center.
