Candlestand is painted with black enamle and has three scroll end feet that form an arched tripod split from a square stock on the shaft's base. The top of the rod has a perpendicular bar with a candle socket at one end. There is an opening at the opposite end that is pierced by a rush holding spring mechanism made of a bent bar welded to the middle of the shaft.
