Annunciator box with center panel of reverse painted glass and painted wood frame [A]. Separate back with attached electric wiring [B]. Rectangular box has a center glass panel with sixteen indicators. Each indicator is labeled with a Lyman room name painted in gold above a circular indicator slot.
