Chippendale style. Yoke shaped crest rail w/ rounded ears. Pierced splat in Gothic style w/ minimal surface carving. Shaped stiles ending in chamfered rear legs canted outward. Broad squared seat w/ black leather upholstery stuffed w/ curled horsehair (no springs), over seat rail w/ two rows of brass tacks on edges. Marlborough legs w/ outside beaded edge. Inside edge chamfered. Straight side and central stretcher w/ outside beaded edge. Incised "II" on back seat rail; "V" on back of front legs.
