Description

Hangs around waist; white background with blue and red floral design; bottom scalloped in red with printed stitch at edge of scallop; in each scallop are three paper doll-like silhouettes of women with long dresses, outer two are in red, middle blue. The point where scallop goes up are red tulips with green stems. A pocket is center left, one entire scallop including 1/2 tulip at each end and three women cut out images. Printed stitch is also seen around cut out images of women and tulips.
