Description

Framed drawing; ink, graphite and watercolor on paper affixed to wooden stretcher. Drawing depicts a three-story brick house with three chimneys and palladian window over off-center doorway. Home of Joseph Lovering (1758-1848), the youngest participant in the Boston Tea Party. Wood, gilt, and gesso frame with painted and gilded glass made by John Doggett.
