Description

A student's chalkboard in a case, both of rectangular shape. The case is of blueish-grey painted pine with extended top and bottom, hinged doors with a wire hook closure on either side. Inside the double-sided slate is a molded pine frame and leather chalkholder inside the door.

Inscription

The inside slate is chalked with Little family writing including children's diary entries- one line, summer dates, and children's signatures.
