Red-painted tin box with a hinged door with a key and a slot at the top for orders and way bills. It is decorated with scrolls in yellow paint. The body of the box is made from a single sheet of tin, seamed at the right side, center; the seam is reinforced with two strips of tin tacked perpendicular to the seam. The pointed top is a separate piece of tin, as is the hinged door. Four holes pierce the back of the box, presumably for mounting. Two waybills are folded up in a box.
