Includes Cogswell family history, property records of Jonathan Cogswell (1687-1752), inventory of William Cogswell, Sr. (1619-1700), and Williams Cogswell (1694-1762), wills, land records, floor plans, tax lists, notes from Some Old Houses of Essex, Essex Echo, July 30, 1909, Correspondence from 1937, lists of changes made to each room, 1938, and photocopies of photographs of interior, the Little family, summer activities and farming. A few wonderful pictures of hay wagons.
