This card is property of Locke-Ober Cafe. It must be returned on request. For your protection, report loss immediately." There is a space for an authorized signature. Below signature line, "This card identifies you as a valued and frequent patron of LOCKE-OBER CAFE, Winter Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02108, 617-542-1340. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the agreement acompanying it, as amended from time to time."
