Description

Multiple pieces of wallpaper with attached border (see border 1967.122.2) from a single room. Papers were found in a bureau drawer in the Stetson House in Hanover, Massachusetts but may originate from the Broad Oak Farm also in Hanover. Wallpaper is a striped floral pattern. A stripe of orange tulip stripe alternates with pink floral stripe. Block printed on handmade paper in black, orange, white, and varnish green on sky blue ground.
