Description

Ivory uncut corded silk velvet--almost like corduroy; neck ruffle trimmed with ivory satin ribbon with woven scalloped edge; ribbon is twisted around middle and tied at back with bow, and rosette at right side; same ribbon used as neck ties, with hook and eye attached to loop of ribbon; brim lined with tulle; brown lined with silk; the whole lined with stiffened buckram.
