Square or rectangular bandbox fragment with exterior decorated with printed paper and interior lined with "Musical Visitor" periodical from 1841. Exterior paper has a diamond and circle diaper pattern block-printed in green with abstract cross element printed in each diamond and an abstract flower or star element printed in red in each cirlce. Paper appears to be ungrounded and covered with a layer of varnish.
