This is a scrapbook of calligraphy enthusiast L.D. Perkins of Rockland, Massachusetts, circa 1873-1877. It contains clippings, invoices, letters, envelopes, and examples of elaborate ornamental penmanship bound with the periodical "The Penman's Gazette," January 1876 - January 1877.
