Description

Wallpaper fragment (A) with attached border (B). Sidewall paper (A) is block-printed with a large-scale damask pattern in blue and white on ochre ground. Paper is laid and in partial sheets. Small fragment of the paper's border (B) remains attached at the upper edge of the paper. Visible is a bead pattern along the lower edge with possible knotted swag above. The border is block-printed in black, orange, two browns and blue on white ground.
