Description

Fragment of wallpaper from a home on Wellington Street, South Boston, Massachusetts. Art Nouveau style floral damask embossed on dark bronze ground. Flowers and stems form an ogee pattern. The pattern is embossed on a dark bronze ground. The pattern's embossed outline resembles stitching and its interior is embossed with fine diagonal ribbing. The background is embossed with ribbing in the opposite diagonal and horizontal.
