Description

Unused wallpaper border fragment from Cambridge, Massachusetts. Border with stylized architectural figures. Primary figure, resembling molding with floral elements, is block-printed in yellow and brown on a peach ground. The dark green stripe that makes up the background of the border appears to have been applied over the yellow and brown printing. Additional block-printed figures in light green and black are printed over the dark green stripe.
