Louisa Patterson Barrel

Description

A black and white portrait of Louisa Patterson (ca. 1899-1925) as a young child. Louisa married Georges Barrel, and she died giving birth to their son Robert in 1925. The dress she is wearing in this photograph is still owned by the Patterson family. Identification of this item came from Michael Burr Patterson (b. 1936 in Wayland), nephew of Louisa, and Alicia Adams Burnett, great niece of Louisa.
