Geometric shapes and stylized flowers create asymmetrical pattern typical of Anglo-Japanese designs. Paper is embossed with a woven, or fabric-like, texture and roller-printed in metallic gold, two olive greens, three browns, ochre, pale blue and pale green on light olive ground.
