Wallpaper fragment from Hatchville, Massachusetts. Diaper and rosette pattern wallpaper with attached ceiling border (see 2001.281.404.2) . Two layered diaper pattern: lower layer is formed by "marblized" masonry and the upper layer features three-dimensional masonry squares with rosette figures at diagonal intersects. Roller-printed in green, black, tan and brown on ungrounded paper.
