Three large wallpaper fragments from North Andover, Massachusetts. Oval medallions frame fine lined scenes of cherubs fishing with poles and nets and splashing in water. The pictorial medallions are adorned by foliate wreaths with draping vine swags. The pictorial figures are printed with an engraved copper roller in gray. The rest of the pattern is roller-printed in white and three grays on gray ground.
