Description

White cotton; open neckline w/ scalloped eyelet trim. Off-shoulder double sleeves w/ shirt puffed over sleeve. Cuffs of both sleeves trimmed w/ scalloped and floral eyelet bands. V-shaped bodice created by vertical bands of eyelets alternating w/ bands of shirred cotton. No waistband. Hook & eye at back; skirt gathered between shoulders. Thirteen narrow tucks w/ scalloped floral eyelet hem.
