Description

Two fragments of striped wallpaper from the Nye Homestead in Sandwich, Massachusetts. Undulating vine with leaves and berries alternates with geometric diamond stripe. Block-printed in white on gray ground. Wove paper, partial sheet. Reproduced by Waterhouse Wallhangings as "Nye Homestead" in the 1960s.
