Painted and grain-decorated pine tall case clock, attributed to Silas Hoadley, Plymouth, Conn.; the hood has broken pediment with wave scrolls and central squared finial (restored), plain pilasters flanking glass and grain-painted door; white-painted wooden face with Arabic numerals, painted spandrels and lunette medallions; trunk has small, double-arched door and graining above square section-base with shaped apron and bracket feet; all-over fancy painting of inlay; graining and floral medallions on red, black and ochre; 8-day wooden works, lead weight on string; 2 dead weights; a diver's weight and rod.
