Description

Wallpaper fragments from the main bedchamber of the Captain John Kendrick House, Wareham, Massachusetts. Fragments removed during mid-1970s restoration. Pattern of floral bouquets framed by a floral vine, diamond or diaper pattern. Block-printed in black and white on yellow or ochre ground. Laid paper, partial sheets. Partial British tax stamp on verso. Reproduced by Waterhouse Wallhangings as "Captian John Kendrick House."
