Description

Striped wallpaper fragments from Wareham, Massachusetts. Pattern with six different stripes of small, stylized flower and vine figures. Block-printed in white, orange, and red on ochre ground. Laid paper, partial sheets. First layer of three probably removed from the Captain John Kendrick House during restoration in the mid-1970s. Fragment B still affixed to upper layers.
