Unused sample. Wallpaper in the "Windsor Rose" pattern with all-over design of large sprays of roses in different colors. Screen printed in twelve colors on a light grey ground. Based on an English or Amrican machine printed wallpaper from 1900-1920. Manufactured by Cowtan & Tout, Inc. (NY).
