Description

Large round pasteboard bandbox (A) and lid (B) covered with wallpaper. Paper has repeating pattern of thin horizontal background stripes and pindots arranged in a geometric pattern. Paper also has framed vignettes depicting a rural countryside with deer. Block printed in green and browns on a cream ground. Bottom of box has paper reinforcing the bottom edge with a neoclassical ornament printed in greens.
