Description

Small, unused fragment of gilt-figured wallpaper from the Governor Bradford house, Kingston, New Hampshire. Delicately detailed medallion and quatrefoil figures joined to form vertical stripes. Figures include Neoclassical elements such as foliate scrolls, floral swags, beads and trifoils. Embossed and gilded with gold leaf on beige ground.
