Description

This subseries includes personal correspondence written and recieved by Mary Geraldine (Mollie) Armstrong Tucker (1841-1922). Correspondents include school friends, boarding house and summer guests, but the majority are members of her family. These letters provide rich documentation of everyday life in a middle-class New England household in the late nineteenth century, covering even the most mudane household chores.
