This folder within the papers of Richard Holbrook Tucker (1816-1895) contains letters written by Captain Tucker to his adult children, Mary Mellus (Mame) Tucker Clayton (1858-1899), Richard Hawley Tucker III (1859-1952), and Martha Armstrong (Patty) Tucker Stapleton (1861-1893) during the 1890s. These letters describe domestic life in Wiscasset and Captain Tucker's response to the death of his daughter Patty.
